Terms of service

These terms govern your use of queenofhouse.in and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept them. Queen of House is a proprietorship based in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India.

Products and pricing

We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Handloom and hand-dyed fabrics vary slightly in colour and weave between pieces and from on-screen images — this is a feature of the craft, not a defect. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order already confirmed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment and dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or the order appears fraudulent — and will refund you in full if we do.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment partner, or as cash on delivery where offered. We do not see or store your card or UPI credentials. The payment webhook, not the browser, confirms a paid order.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Governed by our Shipping and Returns & exchanges policies, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All text, design, and photography on this site belong to Queen of House or are licensed to us (product and lifestyle photography is licensed via Pexels and credited in the footer). You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site — no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, place fraudulent orders, or disrupt service.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
