Shipping

Every Queen of House order is packed and dispatched from our workroom in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. We ship across India only; we do not currently ship internationally.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment confirmation. During festive weeks (Aadi, Navratri, Deepavali, the wedding season from November to February) this can extend to 5–6 working days; if so, it is noted on the product page and at checkout.

Charges

Shipping is complimentary on orders of ₹2,000 and above. Below that, a flat fee of ₹79 applies, shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimate

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days to the metros (Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Pune) and 5–8 working days to the rest of India. Remote pincodes may take a little longer. These are courier estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link once your order leaves us. You can also see the tracking number in your account under Orders.

Cash on delivery

COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000 for serviceable pincodes. A small COD handling fee may apply and is shown at checkout. Prepaid orders are dispatched faster.

Undelivered orders

If a courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to re-ship (shipping charges may apply) or to process a refund for the item value.
